The breakfast was good. It had just enough variety to get a good breakfast to start the day. Even with the amount of people that were getting breakfast while we were there, we had plenty of room and the atmosphere was comfortable. At this point I really didn't find anything that I did not like. I thought the whole process was easy and smooth. The staff was always friendly coming and going. I will definitely be staying here again.

THE AFRICAN AMERICAN GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK, SHE WAS TOTALLY AWSOME. WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN, I DID NOT LIKE IT. I WAS ABOUT TO COMPLAIN BUT SHE WAS SO NICE AND VERY HELPFUL, SHE LOOKED UP PLACES I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRONIC STORE. FRYES WAS CLOSED DOWN, SHE WAS ABLE TO FIND ME ONE AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. SHE HELPED ME LIKE 4 TIMES, I WAS VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED. Sorry for the all cap's, i just up looked at my paper. Officer L, Bell #8520 Some little things. But breakfast was awesome. The young lady at the front desk, as i have said before made it all better.

I can't remember the name of the girl who greeted me as I checked in but I'm sure you can find out. It was Sept 15th at about 10:30PM. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed fir 3 nights. For the price that we paid for, it exceeds expectations. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and very professional, I don’t remember I was treated that well, knowing the fact of how I looked like and where I came from. The staff made me feel I’m welcome and I belong. I am very appreciative. Thank Tru by Hilton for making our stay very pleasant. Errssini from Washington State.

Quick check in. Great customer service. Convenient location when traveling. The floor in the room was not the cleanest. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. The shower door did not close properly and water would splash out. The lack of cleanliness in the elevators was a little off putting.
