Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Augustine I-95

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful. Note: We had a problem with our room when we first arrived. The toilet would not flush properly. Edith, the desk clerk, responded quickly to help us. When she could not rectify the problem she Immediately moved us to another room. She was considerate and very helpful! We appreciated that very much!

Very clean and well kept

We recently stayed at this property and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the entire staff went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable throughout our visit.Our room was clean, rehab but comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site amenities, particularly the beautiful pool area and the delicious breakfast options provided each morning. The location was also perfect—conveniently situated near local attractions yet remarkably quiet and peaceful at night.We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and excellent accommodations. We will definitely be returning on our next trip! not pet friendly, pool needed some love

The complementary breakfast was ok. It served it's purpose of nourishment & morning refreshments. No complaints.

The staff were helpful, and the gym was spacious and very well equipped. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, everything on offer was of excellent quality. Unfortunately, there were numerous shortcomings: the bathroom lock was broken, the television did not work, no body lotion was provided, and there was no bedside table. To make matters worse, the entire breakfast buffet was cleared away promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Staff were super friendly. Property was clean and nice. We just stayed for a night but it was exactly what we needed. It’s about 15 minutes from historic downtown. N/A it was all good.

This was a great hotel - we had one "hiccup" when we first got there - but the front desk was manned by two of the nicest young men who helped us- they were polite - and kind. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate all the time - a pool - and close to so many different places to be entertained. The Owner was on site all the time and seemed to remember each guest and inquired about our day and was super nice to deal with. Will gladly go back and stay here again.

Room size, refrigerator did not cool

The lady in charge of working the breakfast was extremely kind. Today, 9/5, I went to get some food and I didn’t know how to make waffles and she walked me through every step. Who does that? Wow. She was very nice and she’s a gem so please cherish someone like that at work because good customer service is hard to find. The hotel and the room were extremely clean but she was the highlight of my stay. Thank you!

Nice beds and AC

The location is relatively ideal, being near a variety of dining options and gas stations. If youre shopping, youre literally next door to the outlets, and if youre looking for history, youre a 10 minute drive to St. George Street. However, dont be fooled by distance to the beach. Its 30-35 mph through most of this city so youre at least 20 minutes from any beach. When you do get there, they're peaceful beaches so its worth the drive. The hotel itself is great. There is a structure with exposed piping in the pool area the leaves a pretty gross pool of stagnant water so watch out for that

Breakfast was really good - the breakfast attendant was friendly and kept everything spotless and well stocked. There was quite an assortment with hot foods, cereals, fruits and hot coffee. Supposed computer issues brought on by new software caused some disappointments for us, but the GM was aware of them. Honestly, we’ll probably pass on this Marriott property in the future.

Couldn't be happier with our stay, great location, beautiful hotel and a wonderful breakfast.

The hallways are pretty loud. You can hear everybody who walks by or talks. The lady at the front counter that helped us during check-in was awesome and check out. She was the same person.
