Front desk person was awesome but first room AC hardly worked. Got switched to another room which was OK, not great. Smelled a little older. Other than that, it was OK.

We only stayed one night but staff was so friendly upon check in and check out. Loved having a kitchen

This hotel was super clean and everyone was VERY helpful. What fires me up about this hotel and several others is that they now charge a pet fee. Many moons ago there was no pet fee and this was an added perk that people picked this hotel for that reason. The pet fee was $75.00 PLUS tax. I understand signing a paper that the owner is respondsible for their pet while staying at the hotel BUT a fee also???

Very please with my stay. Would definitely stay again my next trip.

Friendly staff. Large,clean room. I really enjoyed having the kitchenette with a good size, ice cold refrigerator and a dishwasher. The breakfast oatmeal tasted great. Being pet friendly and free parking is a major plus. The bathtub was very slippery and the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible.

Set up nicely, especially for eating in room. Nice kitchen facilities. Breakfast was just above average

Great hotel and staff.

Check in was super easy, especially as it was late at night and we were tired. There was a spider in the bed so we quickly called and got new bedding. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would stay here again (despite the spider)!

Best stay. Gym water dispenser was broken. But other than that had no complaints.

The pool had lights! Very clean and fun. Hotel room was super nice. LOVED that the parking was free unlike Lake Mary and Jacksonvillle. Lee greeted us right away, gave us travel reccomendations and even a discount code for Texas Roadhouse. He was a super awesome Hotel employee. Free breakfast WAS NOT worth it. I did eat some eggs and a waffle but the baked goods and yogurt varieties could have been better.

Large hotel rooms that were very clean. Excellent breakfast and very convenient location (dining and shopping options).

They had no extra towels and we have a family of six. I suggest not advertising that you can sleep six if you don’t even have enough towels for six people in the room. I also set my baby who is crawling down on the floor and within two minutes her legs were black from how dirty the floor was. I have pictures to prove this and we found a bug in our room and there was also a hair in the bathroom as soon as we got there.
