Quality Inn St. Augustine Outlet Mall

I had cockroaches in both rooms I stayed in…. There was mold and dust in a lot of places. The night guy working, walked me to my new room but came in my room with me, shut the door behind him, and stayed there talking way longer than I felt comfortable with. So many man outside with women coming in and out all day and night…. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

The front desk lady was nice. The rooms were disgusting. Our Ac went out in our original room wich was super dirty, peed on toilet, hair on the floor, nothing cleaned….soo we got moved to another room that supposedly was just cleaned. My baby’s onesie was black from crawling on the floor in both rooms. She also got norovirus from how dirty the rooms were. They need to clean better. I get the hotel is cheap but would not be staying there again!

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very dated especially the bathroom. Not a bad place for a quick stop while on the road.

Staff was great. 1st room smelled like a musty hooka bar. Staff offered a 2nd room. I had water pooling under the ac unit and a ceiling drip. Building is very out dated, paint peeling in the 2 different rooms I was offered. Very low quality. I was reimbursed and able to find a different hotel.

The pool is absolutely beautiful and well kept. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were rough. Poorly cleaned, smelled musty, and had poorly finished repairs.

We only stayed 1 night. It was convenient for us. We did not eat breakfast there or use the pool. Would stay again for a night however we would not stay for several. The staff at the front desk when we checked in and out were very friendly and professional. Honestly for the price I can’t complain.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine as well. The amenities were dated though. It worked for an overnight stay on our way to south Florida.

We stayed here late at night traveling through on our way to FL. It was horrible! Opened the door and a bug (roach??) crawled across the floor and under the chair. Bathroom was falling apart. All metal was slightly rusty and black greasy fingerprints all over the door frame and inside of bathroom door. Everything felt grimy and gross! Dirty, old, everything felt grimy, opened up door to a bug (almost positive a roach) crawling under the chair, bed linens were off white and dingy and bathroom was falling apart!

Location Outdated and lack of cleanliness.

You should make sure the rooms are actually clean and up to your standards as a thriving business. Instead of having sheets on the bed with tape glue and some type of hard yellowish residue on it and the comforter as well as the duvet.Wipe down all surfaces instead of leaving dirt,blood and other fluids on walls mirror.Make sure the toilet is dliahes before the next customer stays. Get the bath and shower fixed instead of letting it drip and cause black mold mildew to start growing on around or drain. Make sure the bathroom and sink as well as mirror is wiped down cleaned and sanitized. Them it would be wise to invest in peat control. There is a massive bug and spider. Infections. I was bit twice out of the 14 spiders I took photos of. I'm serious I'll bit marks turning black and blue large amount of swelling nausea headache dizziness. Expedia gave it a high rating and I no doesn't even deserve a 2.0. This was the worst the hotel told me and made it clear when I got there that I received the last king room. I never slept I came into town for my anniversary and left for a very far drive back home..Just so disappointed and disgusted.

Property was cleaned, staff available. The only complaint television was difficult to manage with 2 remotes. This may have been a generation problem. I was unable to get it to work.

The staff at this location were extremely joyful, such a delight. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Bedroom was clean and continental breakfast was good. Lots of eateries within walking distance and the outlet mall was right down the street.

It was an okay hotel but would not recommend it

There were roaches in the bathroom at night, sand on the floor and there was no protein of any kind at the breakfast but the sheets and towels were clean and it was quiet.

The property was clean and taken care of. Good room steps to second floor were a little hard to locate. But all in all a good place to stay

It was a clean comfortable room to stay in for four days.
