Puedes enviar esto: Subject: Very Disappointing Stay – Days Inn by Wyndham St. Charles IL I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham St. Charles IL. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. While we were checking in, police officers arrived at the property. I do not know why they were there and do not want to speculate, but since we were visiting the area for the first time, it immediately made us feel uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the room itself. We had specifically reserved a 2 Queen Beds, Non-Smoking room, but when we entered, the air conditioning was turned off and the room had an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke mixed with a damp, musty odor. During the night, there were also repeated unexplained noises that made it difficult to rest. By the following morning, the cigarette smell was still just as strong. It honestly felt as though someone had been smoking inside the room. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of concern when I reported the situation to the front desk. I explained the cigarette odor and the problems we had experienced. The clerk simply responded, “OK,” and asked if I was checking out. There was no apology, no follow-up que

Room was clean. Property needs some maintenance/upkeep mostly for asthetics. Breakfast was good/clean. Parking was OK/easy to find a spot. Staff was OK...did not seem to have many people working there.

Motel style building with 2 floors. We ended up in the corner upstairs and it was a decent 2 nights stay. There were a few dogs barking occasionally but over all quiet on a Sunday and Monday night. It's walking distance to a diner that had pretty good food but it was a pricy breakfast for 2 at nearly $50. The wifi worked and the room was clean. Good for the price and covers the basics.

Pleasant place to stay

The desk staff was excellent. The room was spotless and updated with clean, minimalist furniture. The bathroom light fixture was missing two of the three light bulbs. You need to sign up for the rewards program to get free wi-fi. Exterior stairway had dozens of cigarette butts (it's a non smoking motel). Exterior hallways certainly cut down on noise from other guests. The place was sold out, but I hardly heard anyone come or go. I would consider staying here again based on pricing.

Bathroom has mold and rust

The room smelled like an ashtray. Like someone had been smoking in there for 20 years and never airing it out

Room was clean, the air conditioner was so loud made sleeping terrible. Something else was very loud sounded like an ice maker but we could not find one. Other than that it was a fine place to stay for the night. We stayed in the rooms that did not have an outside door.

It's obviously an older establishment, but ya could upgrade the bathroom/shower in lieu of the ikea-like furniture. And why the devil don't ya have a small bistro set and chairs in the room? There was a ton of space.

Property is old and dirty. Check in staff were very nice. Rooms were ok; bathroom was horrible

I had two double beds and the comfort was dirty on both be of the beds, the main light didn’t work dominoes stuck using the lamps, the shower head and shower was dingy and full of muck. Pool was closed.

My stay at this Days Inn Wyndham hotel in St. Charles was a learning experience: to never to stay at this place again unless they make the improvements I had mentioned

This Days Inn is nothing like the other Days Inn that I've stayed at. Disappointing.

No day after we checked in, the toilet clogged. Our room is in the second floor. I called the front desk and he said the housekeeping is not coming until between 8 AM to 9 AM. I called back and I told the front desk that we need to use the toilet. The next thing I know front desk, knocking on the door and told us that we can move downstairs. The room is clean already. We cannot recommend this place and we’re not going back to this hotel. This is the worst hotel we have been. And also, there is no elevator in the stairs have spit on it. This place is just dirty.

Refused to cancel the room

I was not able to use the reservation because my dad died and the hotel would not refund. Wyndham was very inflexible. I will not stay here again.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was good. No complaints.
