Hilton Garden Inn St. Charles

Stayed overnight because I was running a half marathon as part of the Fox Valley Race Series. Check in was easy; the woman at the desk was fantastic, and she even helped me get hooked up with a later checkout time so I could shower after my race before heading back home. The location was quiet, and the room was phenomenal. I loved the bed and how huge the bathroom was. Checkout was just as easy, and the woman at the desk was equally wonderful. The only hiccup was initially we were told the wrong room number for one of the rooms and it made for an awkward situation when trying to enter said room, but it was fixed quickly and without issue.

I handed my keys to the front desk around 9:30am. The hotel was nice the carpets are due to be changed, so many stains.

Gio was the best! He helped make our stay perfect and when this 3rd party app let us down, Gio fixed everything for us.

Everything was wonderful. Our room location. My handicapped husband had a very difficult time getting to our room as it was the furthest away from the elevator. The elevators are only at one end of the hotel and for elderly, it is a long walk to the other end. Because the hotel was fully booked, I understand why we could not change rooms.

Great hotel, room was very large, clean, bathroom was very clean and bed was comfy

Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels.
