Close to venue It smells like roach spray

The property had a musty smell & breakfast was horrible.

The room was good, staff was excellent, id stay again for sure.

The bed was OK and covers were tucked in so far I had to scrunch down in bed to use them! Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was a lot of carbs and sugar so difficult to stay on my low carb, low sugar diet. Coffee in breakfast room was much better than brewing coffee in the room. The whole place could use updating but the manager/owner? Was very kind. If you need a low budget place to stay, this wouldn’t be a bad place to stay.

Prices reasonable. Quiet.

The 3rd floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke stepping off the elevator. The room was clean, but smelled of smoke. Sheets were fresh, but blanket and comforter smelled of stale smoke. Bed clothes of course smelled after the stay. Air conditioner made the room tolerable.

Everything was great. The staff were wonderful. It was a wonderful stay.

Room wasn't clean, bd wasn't made, had ashes and cigarette burns on the bed, and trash was still in the room.

Listen, if cigarette smoke bothers you this isn’t the place for you. They do have lots of smoking rooms on the 3rd floor and it’s pretty pungent, I don’t really mind it, but I also grew up with it and was a former smoker. They’re definitely trying to update things and seams like they’re trying. You really can’t beat the cost and the room themselves are very clean. Guy at the front desk wasn’t overly friendly but I can only imagine the crap he’s got to deal with every day. If you’re looking for a place with a clean room and for a good price this is it.

Interesting had frig in the room but no microwave. Room was clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Not much pressure in showerhead.

An inexpensive alternative to all the other hotels in the area. Nothing fancy. Just needed a bed to sleep in after a wedding so it fit the bill.

Great location Nice to have a pool Fairly clean Seems to have recently been painted freshly Our room was on ground level. I'm a mom traveling with my 3 children. When checking if window was locked, it wasn't and also wouldn't lock. Went to front desk to ask for help and a solution and all that was offered was a refund which would mean that I have to find a new hotel at 8pm, unacceptable! (I ended up fixing the window lock myself). TV didn't work but didn't want to complain about that since I felt the window issue already put us out of favor with the hotel owners. One day into our stay all cold water turned brown for several hours. At least it was fixed and water turned clear again. Owners overall unfriendly, not sure why someone chooses to work in hospitality and doesn't enjoy welcoming guests. Wouldn't recommend this place and won't return.

Exterior door locks do not work. Room was musty.

the cleaning lady started banging on my door at 11:05 claiming she was going to call the police because I was running behind on my checkout. there’s a sign that says if you’re late for checkout they would just charge you for another night which is what I was expecting to do. I felt really unsafe and was scared to open the door because she kept yelling and banging on the door.
