Breakfast was good. Muffins were fresh and tasty. Cost of soda was quite high at $5 for one 16oz drink.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel overall, fence area, additional security cam. Prob needs another one. Entire area around hotel and general area is ultra ghetto. Beautiful buildings/nice but unlimited homeless zombies. Clearly a blue run city. Can NOT leave anything in cars visible in area. Immediately will be broken in. Morelocks on patrol

The room was a very spacious handicap room, which was clean, but bit worn. The breakfast was normal hotel breakfast just average. I was surprised that we had to pay for parking, which we not originally informed of at time of reservation

Proximity to Lackland and SeaWorld Could use more things around it

I love the proximity to the base, it’s perfect for someone attending BMT graduation! There was a damp smell in the room, but otherwise I did not have any complaints

Surprised how small the area was for lounging and dining by front desk. Hotel outdated. I’ve stayed at the one downtown and it was so amazing so I was disappointed with this one.

This is such a great value for the business person. Stayed two nights. Clean spacious room with desk! Wish they would have emptied my trash daily, but I will live. Breakfast waffles! yummy

There was a cockroach in the room and small bugs in the bathroom and carpet.

Network ID on key package different from those on the WiFi menu I figured out which one to use But it wouldn’t connect. Used “hotspot”

During our stay, another guest complained about my four-year-old making too much noise. There were also people smoking what appeared to be marijuana on the property, and the overall situation made me feel uncomfortable and, at one point, genuinely unsafe. I also tried requesting service and was told they would not service the room the following day because we had just arrived. What disappointed me most was how the concerns were handled. I happened to walk by and overheard front desk staff discussing the situation with someone else, which felt unprofessional. I don’t know whether the individuals knew each other or what the circumstances were, so I don’t want to make assumptions. I’m not trying to judge anyone or act as though I’m better than anybody. I simply expect to feel safe and comfortable when staying at a hotel, especially when traveling with my young child. Unfortunately, I did not feel that way at this property. Management could definitely improve how guest concerns, safety, and customer service issues are handled.
