Tru by Hilton San Antonio Lackland Sea World

Overall a good hotel stay at close to Lackland Airforce base

Loved the amenities, the shampoo/conditioner & body wash was so refreshing and it smelled great .

Exceptional

I liked the family friendly environment. In the shower, on the ceiling, there was black moldy spots

Room was very nice and comfortable.

Good

Excellent breakfast, service and amenities.

Water-dispensing machine had a strong chlorine taste and some gym equipment was not working properly. Parking was safe and plentiful. Breakfast was a good value.

everything nothing

Good

It was cheap so you get cheap bedding and service. You get what you pay for.

nice hotel house cleaners were very nice serviced as asked if needed anything for my room property was nice and clean as well.

Great place and very nice room.

The stay was great, room was clean and bed comfortable, breakfast was good and staff was nice and friendly! Definitely recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was squeakly clean. Breakfast had very few options but was tasty and fresh. Didn't like that we had to pay for parking when you are already paying to stay in property, but it wasn't too expensive.

Staff is terrible. Not helpful and unwilling to work.

Disappointing

Very good

Other than a little bit of trash left behind in one of my rooms, the rooms were cozy and comfortable. This is my go to place when I have to stay in town.

Breakfast had many choices. There was enough seating for patrons. The lady that checked us in was unfriendly. Hair on the shower wall before it was used. Shower pan was dingy. I went to park at 10:30 and waited for someone to pull out so we could park. There were several cars circling.
