Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport, Trademark Wyndham

Love how clean and quite it is There’s nothing to dislike

Nice hotel easy distance to the airport. Quiet, nice pool area. Larger room than I expected, its a bit older but well maintained.

This hotel is very close to the airport with all amenities you need. Perfect for families.

Good

The place was great. The staff members were fantastic. All of them were really helpful and kind. They were the best part of my stay.

The pictures on the website were misleading.

Nice people and very clean and nice room

The hotel was in excellent shape, very clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast was more than adequate. The shuttle to and from the airport was a true feature. Overall a very good choice near the airport in San Antonio

Clean and Comfortable and Convenient to SAT Airport Close to the Interstate altho the Road Noise wasn’t bad

Great customer service

Rented for one night only. Fast and friendly check in, room was clean. Checked out the next day no complaints.

Superb

The person at the front desk, Shawnee, was so kind and so helpful when I was struggling to get registered. I can’t thank her enough and she and the rest of the staff and employees here have been a true lifesaver throughout this difficult time of my life.

Everyone is so kind and helpful and the property is extremely clean.

The shower head in my bathroom leaked so bad that it was impossible to get any of the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel because the stream of water fell directly above the dispensers. The bed was okay, but I could feel the springs inside of the mattress and I woke up frequently not just because I was directly next to the elevators, but because I would get sore spots. The pantry was good. Could have wished for some healthier options, but that’s just me being picky. Staff was nice though.

Nice place

It was decent for a short stay.

Exceptional

Breakfast was great. Great choices and plenty of seating area. Nothing seemed to get low, the hot foods stayed hot and they kept the area clean. The staff was amazing. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. I used the laundry room, gym, and the pool. They were all clean and well maintained (you can get quarters at the front desk for the laundry room). I had a deluxe king room, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The area had easy access to the freeway. Great eateries and shopping, including Walmart within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come home.
