No hot water, not the fault of the employees. Old hotel is on borrowed time with a failing infrastructure.

It’s comfortable and quiet The elevators weren’t working so we had to take the stairs we stayed on the 5th floor and the did away with the late check outs on weekends

Quick short few hr stay. Didnt have breakfast. Shuttle was not available due to no driver. Took Uber back to airport. Room was clean but even after putting new batteries in remote tv wouldn't work. Lobby was so dark and uninviting. It was a quick few hrs to shut eyes stay. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

No ac in the lobby & breakfast area or gym. Not able to get more towels/face towels without getting it ourselves. They only put 1 face towel and 2 bath towels and nothing else.. at breakfast 20 min before 9 they ran out of food and wouldn’t put anymore out and I had to ask the desk clerk twice if we could get someone to put out bowls for cereal and napkins, no jelly for biscuits.. No one ever came out and desk clerk had to go back and get the bowls and napkins

The room was clean, but the linens, soap, and coffee service were not replaced before we checked in so we had to request them from the desk. Our room had a very strong cologne smell-not sure if it was a room freshener spray or broken bottle of cologne prior to our stay. The AC is out on on the first & second floors. There are blowers on the lobby level, but the fitness room is hot. There is no way to clean fitness machines & equipment after use either.

Staff and ac were good. Other than that rooms, carpet in poor condition. Had to change rooms bc it wasn't vacuumed with crumbs everwhere. Door in bathroom peeling and breakfast was not restocked with awful powder eggs. Stay elsewhere even for one night!

There were ants in my room. In order to receive wi-fi you are forced to join the rewards program. Bathroom sink fixtures were old as was the counters and tub

Called the day before making the reservation (check-in was the following day) to ask if the hot tub was working and was told yes. Turns out, the jets did not work at all, and the water was barely warm. In the room, the shower door seal didn’t seal properly, leaving the floor wet after showering. The iron dripped water from multiple locations unless it was sitting upright, so it was useless. AC in the lobby wasn’t working, so we didn’t bother getting breakfast (which you have to pay extra for, btw) Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was bad waffle/pancake maker was broken. Eggs were watery (powdered eggs) and slow to keep food on buffet. Hot on lobby floor. Just could have been better.
