Stayed there for a week. Same breakfast everyday, room didn’t have any toilet paper, took 1 hour for the staff to bring toilet paper and only brought 1 roll for two people when 4 rolls were requested, and 2 was suggested instead but only brought one. Elevator hardly worked, elevator certificate was expired, just overall inconvenient.

The hotel's great location to the Alamodome for concerts is a plus along with cleanliness and welcoming staff.

Property was clean but our restroom was a bit old and water damaged to the ceiling. Room was very spacious and staff was very friendly.

The room was very clean, but out toilet would not flush at all after check in. They did send a maintenance person up quickly and he got it working again, However, during our stay, the water ran in the toilet off and on the whole time. The elevator was SO slow and the other elevator was not working at all, so there was always a line at the elevator. We found the wait very frustrating. Also worth noting is that the hotel advertises that there is free self-parking...BUT, that is only for one vehicle per room. Even if there was space outside in the lot, guests were told that they had to find off-site parking for additional cars. If the hotel is not full, I don't see why guests were made to find other parking arrangements, which was a hardship.

Omg....everything was Perfect for a Girl's Trip!! Pool was fantastic!! Everyone was nice and helpful. The only thing I wasn't happy with is that we came in 2 different cars, then we found out that only 1 car could stay in parking lot. So know we know we have to book 2 rooms.

The property was Awesome. Staff was Amazing! The only thing was they had 1 elevator and it took so long. Other than that I feel it’s one of the very few hotels left that feels like home.

She contacted her supervisor. Monique discovered the Internet was down. Monique took us to our room and shared she would be back. Internet was brought back up and brought up our 3 day set of card keys. You have to hit the great pool they have. Everything is close. Everybody is amazing to meet from staff to people everywhere!! We had THE best time. Including the RUSH rock show! James & Judy

Room was a nice size as it had a sitting area with a sofa and bathroom was good size too. We did have to ask for more towels as we were there for three nights and only got one wash cloth for the both of us. But it was not a problem getting extra sets for our stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Lack of towels for our stay.

Stayed at this La Quinta hotel multiple times, and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly, always great parking, close to everything, and the breakfast is great. The only thing I was concerned about this day was the elevator was going a bit too slow, other than that, great place
