Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio-Dtwn Market Area by IHG

Very good

The cleanliness, facilities, good breakfast and the location near downtown. We asked to get our trash out of the room as we had the DND sign while there was room cleaning service, but no one came to do that...

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The only small complaint that I have is the parking. The parking lot should be a little bigger. Other than that it's a really good hotel. Good breakfast, employees are nice, and it's located in a convenient area.

Exceptional

Everything was super clean The lighting in the room was the only thing I didn't like it was a little to dark i couldn't do my makeup right

The breakfast was very good, quite a selection and fresh. The owners were helpful with suggestions on where to park at the river walk and where to go in town. The room was very humid, if the a/c was running at the dry setting upon our arrival, we would have appreciated it. Everything seemed wet. The location was in a sketchy area, really no places to eat were close. If I were to do it again, which I will not, I would stay on the first floor, might be the coolest temperatures. No coffee pot in room.

Very good

Friendly front desk staff

Separate bedroom Sliding door to bedroom didn’t close properly. Had to ask for bedding for the pullout bed.

Superb

Room was spacious. Older but nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Fresh ground coffee. Nothing

It was close to the concert venue I attended The toilet didn’t always flush, gaps between the counter top and the wall, refrigerator poorly leveled up with dirty wash rag, taped up lighting that plugged into nothing, ironing board was made kids and smelled stale

The room was ok and the breakfast good It’s far from downtown
