Exceptional

The room was amazing! The staff superb!

Loved how you can walk to everything!

The proximity to events center like the Alamodome and the Riverwalk. The blaring of the train horn was eye waking but I know that the hotel couldn't do anything about that

The staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the balcony over the riverwalk.

Staff was great!!!

Close to downtown and great customer service

The Hotel was walking distance to a lot of things, which was a huge plus in my book so I didnt have to move my car once I had a prime parking spot I didnt like how the hotel parking was only valet otherwise I had to get street parking or park in a lot

Good

Rooms were small, bathrooms were okay was rust in the bathroom at the tub basin. Asked for room to be cleaned and all they did was put fresh towels. They only had 1 person running the bar and tables while we were there.

Everything was nice relative to the cost

I liked the proximity to the riverwalk. We had a corner balcony right on the river. Dirty halls, broken jet tub (not disclosed until you read the sign on the tub itself), staff didn’t really clean the room, though I requested it, the pool (used to be nice) was so cloudy I couldn’t even see my hand just a few inches below surface. It was cloudy to the point that I tripped over a defunct pool cleaning robot, injuring my foot. The toilet seat was filthy and loose. The toilet itself was loose to the point of rocking on the flange. The water pressure in the shower was so low that just one head barely worked, let alone the “rain” head. The water never seemed to get above lukewarm.

Stay was for just a night but i enjoyed every bit of it. Would definitely stay here again

The roll down window shade needed repair. There was not any drawers for adequate clothes storage. Balcony a nice plus.

Very good

Loved this location.... the stay was so comfortable. The only bad part was our room was located right next to exit door for balcony pool view. We can hear the slamming open & shut so often.

Everything ran smoothly. Absolutely no issues with anything at the hotel.

Super easy check in and clean room. The view was nice and everything was clean. Floor was a tad dusty but could’ve just been me bringing in stuff from outside. Would recommend if solo traveling. I felt safe and everything is so walkable.
