Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

The rooms were dirty. The dishes and sverware (what little they had) needed to be washed. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small. Found a roach in the bathroom. The chairs had visible dirt on them. Stains on the comforter. And our son's feet were black after walking around barefoot 5 minutes out of the shower.

All of staff that I encountered were excellent!!!! The only thing that needs attention is the replenishment of food for breakfast. Many people stood around waiting for awhile for more food to come out. Some people simply left. At one point the elevators weren’t working so we had to use the stairs a few times. However those things wouldn’t stop me from rebooking at this property.

Stayed with family ranging from 2-75 years old. Enjoyed our stay, parking, staff, breakfast, super clean. Excellent stay. Great place to stay for Seaworld/aquatica. They provide shuttle services as well.

The close distance from the hotel to SeaWorld San Antonio, and that they offered a FREE shuttle back and forth within 5 miles of the park. (:

The room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the full size refrigerator and kitchen sink. The breakfast had waffles, fresh scrambled eggs (no powder), meat, oatmeal and a different side or special each day. No fruit at breakfast. Coffee and orange and apple juice from concentrate (not worth it IMO). Milk but no milk alternatives. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. They have a feee shuttle to Sea World. It runs hourly during peak times but since we were there non peak, they ran by request. We were in an accessible room with a floor level shower and no shower curtain. There was a pane of glass that extended over half the shower so water would get on the bathroom floor when showering. I’m not sure if that setup is limited to accessible rooms.

Just ok. Staff were very friendly and nice. The elevator was out, room smelled kinda off, couldn’t tell if it was a previous cleaning product didn’t love the room art. Breakfast was ok and it looked clean.

The people are amazing. Always willing to help! They had clean rooms and good breakfast! Trip to Sea world was amazing because of the staff here. Nothing
