Nice bar and grill area. Very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast could have been better. My husband nearly slipped in the bathroom because the floor was slippery when he stepped out of the bath. We had to put towels all over the floor.

The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. Great location. Could have had a better gym but for a hotel it was fine.

Not only the room but the entire 3rd floor smelled like mildew

Let me first say, the staff was great and they made up for everything. I went on a holiday weekend, so all the rooms were sold out. My room, had a bad smell to it. They couldn’t accommodate me the first night, but they took care of me the second night with a new room. I think their breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced, even for being in the convenience of the hotel. Otherwise, everything else was good. Hats off to the staff!

Great facility over all! Because of the in and out of guest from SeaWorld and the other amazing attractions the guests rooms and floors smell like a sweaty locker room/ musty. This is not our first travel so we always travel with fabric Fabreeze and it helped. Again some of the bar areas around the pool were closed, I’m sure the economy! BUT the fresh water outdoor pool was amazing since we made the trip to visit with family for a couple of days. Hot tub did not disappoint at all! They have a pool table but nothing for smaller kiddos to do, which is a shame because the property is so beautiful with so much potential for some outdoor fun! So bring your own outdoor games if traveling with smaller kiddos. Breakfast had lots of choices from hot to continental style. The staff was kind and on top of it! Beautiful property!

My initial room bathroom was nasty. The inside of the toilet was brown and the tub was extremely stained and just yuck. I spoke to the front desk and they gave me a new room. This room was better, but it smelled like either the AC filter has never been changed or like mildew. I asked if someone can come change the air filter to see if that works. However no one ever came. I also believe that carpet does not get vacuumed because it was super dusty and had crumbs and stuff…. I would have went to another hotel but I already booked this one and didn’t wanna waste my money.

The hotel was clean ,the staff was helpful and a pleasure to meet. The restaurant was wonderful, the food was great and the staff was also very helpful.

Great staff clean room fast service just an overall great experience. It was centralized and a perfect area to visit the surrounding event events being parks that were in the area The restaurant in the hotel was just superb. Food was good. Drinks were great. Service was perfect. Just a great overall experience. I would stay there again if needed.
