Holiday Inn Savannah S - I-95 Gateway by IHG

My husband and I stopped there for an overnight stay on the way to Florida. My first word says it all...the place was newly remodled and finished about 3 weeks prior to our arrival. This place was awesome! The decor was beautiful. This place looked like a 4-5 star hotel. The service was also great! We had dinner at the bar and breakfast in the morning. The selections and food were delish. Will definitely stop here again! Donna & Steve

We had no wash cloths in our room

The rooms were dirty and the General Manager Chris Price was rude, inconsiderate, highly disrespectful, arrogant, hostile, highly unprofessional, etc. THEE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Clean and updated Everyone tried their best but most employees were on their first day of work there ever! Lots of confusion! When we checked in, we were told nothing about the property and not given our breakfast vouchers until we came back to ask about restaurants. It says you have two restaurants - nope - not true, You have a bar with a lounge area to eat dinner or breakfast. Very weird and food was awful. We booked a king room and were given a handicapped room - okay, but the bathroom had a bathtub - not handicapped equipped. That needs to be changed. It should be a walk in shower situation.

The front desk associated was very nice and attentive and the rooms were well cleaned smelling good it was just an amazing stay the only thing is u have to pay for breakfast

I booked online for 133 and was charged 133 when I put my card the guy there say I would get it back in few days it’s been almost one month and I still have two charges of 133 on my card

The staff at the reception desk and bar/restaurant were very friendly and polite. We would highly recommend this hotel.
