Very clean hotel, great for a overnight or a longer stay

Door on closet coming off. Shower rod about to fall. Huge roach. Breakfast items ran out an hour prior to end time. Trash at breakfast running over. Terrible chemical smell in the halls.

Bathroom had piece of tissue. Tub was dirty.and for the new look they need to use chlorox. Linen was dark

The staff here was just wonderful! They made all the difference! We stayed for 5 weeks as we are new to the area and were looking for a home! Friendly and helpful staff were Jay (Hugh), Matthew, Bailey, and Teniel! They were awesome and definitely deserve a raise!

The room was not clean and it felt like it haven’t been cleaned in a while. The dispensers for the bathroom and sink was empty. The floor was dirty, walking around barefoot leaves you with sticky blacken feet. The sofa has a weird smell. The AC is really loud. One of the TV doesn’t work, Lastly, at breakfast the waffle mix and the 2% milk has gone sour.

Our reservation was for five people, yet the room was clearly not properly prepared for five guests. There was no shampoo, there were not enough towels or toilet paper, and the sofa bed had no sheets or bedding, making it impossible to use without first contacting the hotel for basic necessities. When a hotel accepts a reservation for five guests, I believe it is reasonable to expect the room to be completely prepared for five people before they arrive. Guests should not have to come in after hours of traveling and then start requesting towels, bedding, toiletries, and other essential items that should already be available. This was especially frustrating because we arrived tired after traveling from Dalton and simply wanted to rest. Instead, we had to deal with problems that should have been addressed before check-in. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and reviews what happened so that other families do not have the same experience. Given the inconvenience and the condition in which the room was provided to us, I also believe that some form of compensation or refund would be appropriate.

1st room was ok on cleanliness. No hot water. The staff quickly got us another room. It smelled like it had been closed up for a while. Musty. Pillow case looked like something had been laid on it. Section with bed- the ceiling looked as if a water pipe had burst. Water marks in 2 corners and down the wall. Also black spots that looked liked mold. If I had been so tired and it was earlier in the evening we would have left.

Good value for the room and did the job for one night stay on our road trip. Breakfast was okay and fitness center was nice. Room was nice for the most part but drains were clogged in both sink and bathtub and couldn’t unclog them.

Upon check in immediately, there was a roach in our room. The floor literally had water coming out of them from the floor beneath us. The ceilings were molded and water stained an entire laundry room with one washer machine that works and a dryer that went through a whole cycle and the clothes were still wet. The staff was nice, but this property is not maintained up, kept or in any condition to be allowing guests to sleep over and the smell of the entire building is like wet molded carpet.

The elevators were sketchy. One of the elevators buttons did not work properly. The pool is outdoors and looks like it hasn't been used in over a decade. The gym and hallways had a weird smell. The gym also had equipment that you couldn't use because the subscription wasn't paid on it. There were buckets of water in front where we were trying to eat breakfast due to the ceiling leaking. The hallways leading up to the rooms were hot. Our bathroom had hair in the tub, dirty shower head, and towels. The pull out couch had crumbs all in it where the bed was. The suite was cool where the beds were but was hot/loud where the pull out couch was due to a/c vent.

Rooms were large and very clean. Staff was always available if you needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Arrived at 1:00 am and checked in... Asked for a first floor. Was given Room 101.... Walked in and the AC was making a loud noise, Roaches on the sink and the room smelled like Mildew.. Which I am allergic.... Went to the Front Desk and asked for another room... Was given keys to Room 102. AC was better but a bit noisy, Smelled like mildew. Toilet had a urine drop, floor was not swept. I had to clean the toilet, bring some. air freshners I had in the car in order to sleep (hardly) sleep. Bad experience overall. I never give reviews but this was beyond awful.

Room was spacious but the computer chair was worn and one of the benches af breakfast was worn Judy expected better Tv and bed were nice as well as the a/c

Helpful staff, clean room easy parking and good location

Not clean, horrible mold smell. Window overlooked gross, out-of-order pool with weeds growing in cracks of pavement.

The first room we got had a cockroach in it on the counter. We went and told the staff and they gave us another room that smelled musty. Staff was decent but will most likely not stay here again.
