Sonesta Essential Savannah

I went to checkout at 4 am and reported the conditions of the room. The manager was still super nice and insisted I should have notified him immediately and offered me another room with the opportunity to inspect it first. This room was much better and I was able to properly get cleaned up before work. He was very apologetic and I gave him grace but I have a hard time believing that he was not aware of the condition of that room before he put me in there.

AC unit leaked and flooded the floor getting our belongings wet. Staff was not concerned. Night check in attendant was very friendly. Breakfast was not very good.

They need to do better…

A little old and could use some touch ups but good value for money. The manager at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

Abhi was wonderful! Very kind and helpful.

Abhi, the manager, was very friendly and welcoming. He was extremely helpful with instructions and information. The hotel and room were very clean and the room was large and comfortable. It was the best free breakfast we've ever had at a hotel.

The price was great and a good variety at the breakfast. Would be better if they put carpet in the rooms and replaced the AC units.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good my only concern was I couldn't take my breakfast back to my room. The room was clean but the sheets looked like they needed to be replaced because of old stains. The bathroom needed to be updated/remodel. We enjoyed the indoor pool it was very nice.

definitely recommend, budget friendly, various amenities, spacious rooms, and almost everything is 10-15 minutes distance.

Staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great during our stay!

Stayed for 3 days and it was ok. The manager is very nice and there are food places within walking distance

The staff was wonderful.

Fantastic place.

Me personally I missed havin g bananas at breakfast. There was only apples. I like fresh fruit. I did enjoy the biscuits.

Room was clean, the bathroom had a jetted tub

This place is great. Inexpensive, clean, quiet, and convenient. No complaints.

An amazing staff. From the onset the facility looks great, I think they need to do a deep dive into the cleaning of the bathroom; toilet & shower glass. I loved the hardwood floors.

The manager on duty was wonderful he communicated with us every time he saw us

Excellent front desk Penthouse
