Not a thing Wanted to charge me 50 dollars for arriving an hour early. Requested first floor then they put me on second floor. I told him we requested first floor and I am almost 90 years old not good at walking the room that they gave me was not the one that I picked on the Internet I was supposed to have a walk-in shower. I had a tub which I have a hard time stepping up to getting in. I told the clerk that but nobody seems to care. I hope that management gets this message. Also the mattress should be replaced

We got to see an Aligator! The room’s bathroom was in very bad condition…mold and mildew and bad tiles

Location The hotel needs a major overhaul, especially the bathrooms and the elevators inspection has expired.

Breakfast was hot, had good variety. Bed was comfortable. Quick efficient check in and check out. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby, Some aspects of the room (in bathroom) was outdated. Hotel was a little far from the city and traffic can be bad depending on the day and time.

Carpets are so stained felt dirty, couch has seen better days it was stained and dirty.. Over all it was very outdated and just dirty

Location and staff were wonderful. Nice simple breakfast was fresh and hot. I didn't like the number of long hairs left in the bathroom. Also, the shower mat was damp before I used it.

Location and breakfast They did not clean my room during my four-day stay. Water leaked from the bathroom ceiling, the trash overflowed, and there were no clean sheets. At five in the morning, I spoke with staff who seemed unwilling to be bothered. They said they do not clean rooms during overnight stays, so I reported the issue again in the morning. The manager, Neil, was nice, but the hotel needs to do better with cleanliness. Corporate offered only a small percentage off my stay to compensate me for the trouble. It is sad! I also have photos and videos to prove it.

The first room I was checked into had a very horrible smell. The door to the room was very hard to open and there was blue tape on the room number sign. The staff was apologetic and did move me to a different room.

area was safe and hotel was secure, no riff-raff in sight of grounds. Room was not stocked with normal personal consumable items as advertised. Bed was IMHO, sad, like a thrift store item. Accommodation for trailer was not provided but i made due.
