Nice place to stay while traveling, but a bit grungy and few staff.

Location Rooms feel prison like

Location was great. Could easily walk to main attractions. Simple breakfast was available and convenient. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful, particularly when we had to book an additional night. Bathrooms are shared. This was OK for our purposes but may not be for everyone.

I like her location with my arriving and leaving. I dislike a younger woman who isn’t speaking English had made noises on kitchen when I started short time over there.

Kitchen stuffs are enough, shared item like oils, salts are good for tourists.

On a Tuesday and Wednesday night in September, it was practically deserted as far as guests go, so I was able to have my 4 person room and shared bathroom pretty much to myself.

Location. Complimentery breakfast and kitchen facility. Staff are kind. Bed mattress too soft. The window wouldn't close. Lighting in the room.

It was a very good experience staying for 4 straight nights inside the shared dorm room at the American Hotel Hostel located in the International District/Chinatown area of Seattle. The TV room. Why? Because it didn't connect right. Because I was going to rescan all those digital channels. But when all of the sudden, POOF! There goes the digital TV programming. So, I stopped by the Xfinity store in Tukwila, Washington, and someone explained to me about the free XUMO Digital Converter Box, and they told me the they need to purchase the internet connection in order to connect with the free XUMO Digital Converter Box. Well run hostile with very friendly, helpful staff. Nice lounge/kitchen setup with free breakfast. Good location The area is very noisy at night, but they even offer ear plugs! There is nothing they can do

How close it was to transportation, literally right next to the light rail. Had never stayed at a hostle before but it was definitely nice and felt at home
