Loved the aesthetic of the hotel. The rooms are cozy and I loved all of the sitting spaces, the nature library, the coffee space, it was all perfect and stylish without feeling pretentious. The staff were excellent and helpful, we will certainly be staying here again.
-
Although walls are very thin between rooms. We could hear the neighboring room vomiting next door.

Excellent in all ways
-
Room was not ready as promised.

The hotel is so dark I had no idea if my makeup was on straight. Lipstick smeared like the joker. Used my cell phone flashlight to pack up my suitcase. It was beautiful and great location. If we had a choice we will stay somewhere else.

Location was great. Near the Amtrak Station. Staff very professional and friendly. Devin in the restaurant was particularly nice and helpful. Nothing.

Great place
-
We overcharged for a night with added breakfast fees we had not even requested or consumed Their communication only consists of auto replies and they do not respond or act upon individual needs or cases
-
Great location for our double header of Mariners & Seahawks and both teams won! Rooftop bar was fun the afternoon we checked in but totally inaccessible after Hawks game. Good workout room but unfortunately no hot tub. Only negatives are you have to valet park at $70/night and after Hawks game (no fault of hotel) there were several fights outside that we could hear from our room around 11pm.

If you’re in town for a game, this place is the best. Staff were friendly, room was clean, bad was comfortable and the restaurant was fantastic.

No fan in the bathroom. Also the glass "walls" of the bathroom are not private feeling enough.
