Hilton Motif Seattle

There was no charging stations on the night stands. Also room was very dark. Lighting was very dim. One lamp didn’t work

The reservation was for 3 yet the sofa bed was not made up, and there were only 2 sets of towels.

The property was well-maintained and I especially like that it was close to the airport just minutes away with a 24 hour shuttle. Everything on the property was very good! There was one issue with the air handler that would kick on and make a thump noise. The room that I stayed at sounded like their air filter slammed against the grill whenever the handler kicked on.

Exceptional

Front desk staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a much needed nights sleep. The hotel is conveniently located close to Pike's Market which was a huge plus for us. My only complaint was the breakfast but everything can't be perfect. All in all I was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Seattle. Highly recommend!

Very nice room.

On the second night, we got locked out of our room. We spoke with two representatives and they said they would send someone up to our room. We waited 20+ minutes in the hallway outside of our room until we finally complained to a housekeeper who put in another request. The key sensor had to be taken off the door and reset. LOTS of other customers complaining about key cards not working, especially getting in the parking garage. I was also double charged for parking…

This hotel is amazing, the staff very friendly the room are big cleam and the views is spectacular , the best locations and Near to many attractions shopping restaurant cafes I recommended 100%

Nice place to stay for quick visit

Room was small with very lackluster care. Walls had peeling paint, tldents, scuffs etc. Sheets were not changed out over several days stay. Amenities fine, but drastically over priced.... $24 for a breakfast sandwich

We got stuck in Seattle for a layover to Hawaii and had to book this hotel last minute and it ended up being a beautiful place to stay, great location, very clean, friendly & accomodating staff and really good air conditioning.

The staff was excellent. Went out of their way to accommodate us. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door never locked. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had no switch to turn on.

I loved everything about this property. Location, staff, rooms, view. It was fantastic. ❤️

Beautiful property and excellent staff. The room and amenities were terrific. Only complaint was the single ply bath tissue. I paid too much for that quality tissue.
