Sheraton Grand Seattle

Great location and stay for my business trip.

I can’t find any reason to complain. Especially enjoyed the sweet lady who checked us in! She was professional, and fun!

Great location -close to everything! Lots of amenities and love the restaurants and lobby area with lots of seating to hang out. Would highly recommend. All staff were very pleasant & helpful.

Lovely hotel near the waterfront.

The overall cleanliness of our room was excellent. Comfortable bed and a very quiet atmosphere.

Only 1 elevator was working in our tower so the waits to get up and down to our room were long.

Very nice hotel in agreat location. The first night we had a room next to the ice maker in the hallway that kept waking us up. The next day, the Grand Sheraton upgraded our room. We would stay there again.

Staff very unhelpful! Charged me twice upon checking in. Told front desk, I'll be using a debit card for a deposit. Confirmed when checking out, I'll be using a credit card. Front desk said that would be no problem. Its been a week and I havent received a refund on my debit card. Guest parking BEWARE!! Paid with the hotel to park at the garage across the street. Parking pass worked without any issues, on the 3rd day as I was leaving I paid to pay a totally different fee.

Bed had springs popping. There were no toiletries

Great locatio to transportation and pike place, waterfront, shops.

the front desk staff were mostly polite but lacking enough people in rush hours (you could wait a while even in line if you are a Bonvoy member) The restaurants in the hotel are very nice with good menu and drinks The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillow and nice amenities but the linen and towels didn’t smell good at all , not sure what they use for laundry detergent , the AC / heater sound was loud especially if you try to change the temp All in all , nice hotel but could use improvement in staffing , better detergent and fixing the AC

The Staff was courteous and informative to our needs. Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful hotel, great area, easy to walk to great places and public transport. We love staying here.

Easy valet for the car, check in, great location downtown. Tons of things to walk to. Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient.

Nice and clean. Downtown location easy to access. Unfortunately did not get king size bed room I booked and paid in advance. The receptionist did not even tell me when I checked in.
