Although it's old, the hotel seems to be very clean and well maintained. I stayed there one night because I had an early morning appointment at Swedish Medical Center the next day. I understand that the restaurant can't be open 24 hours a day, but it would be helpful if there was brewed coffee available somewhere near the lobby for people who need to leave before the restaurant opens. There was a coffee maker in my room, but I didn't want to disturb my companion, who was still asleep when I left. Also, there were no lids provided with the cups in the room.

Very clean and good staff things are just a little old great price and great location
-
It was quiet, clean, perfect location for what I needed and helpful staff.
-
I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness of the room
-
The location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to go to the surrounding area.

I would stay there again and recommend to a friend. There is some construction out front however we were offered assistance with our bags and parked at the bottom of the hill in the parking garage.

Serviceable room. Great staff, friendly and helpful - they make this place worthwhile to stay at. Cafe and rooftop are great additions. Only a few flaws - shower was quite old and the water pressure was not great. Had to call for towels as they weren’t replaced one day, not a big deal but speaks to attention to detail. Location was good for Seattle Convention Centre, but is up quite a steep hill.

Charming historic hotel, good restaurant
-
The front desk staff was fabulous and very helpful. It made the stay more enjoyable.
-
Location perfect for medical needs
-
Super close to everything though and way cheaper than most hotels there. Overall worth staying at again over a 5 star hotel that’s double in price
-
Great bed. Restaurant was closed for breakfast. Not a big deal. I would stay again, no questions asked.

I reserved a suite but they double booked and I got a regular room. The TV didn’t work, the WIFI was off most of the time and the bathroom sink was ready to fall off the wall. I was there one other time and it was very nice. I was very disappointed and they didn’t seem like it was a big deal that they didn’t have the room I booked.

The unloading zone is always unavailable as the hotel allows long term parking there. We have stayed numerous times and it is always a problem. A black truck was there constantly. This makes it very difficult my to check in and out.

I didn't like how it was attached to the hospital. So we heard the sirens all day and night. It was located in a very sketchy area that we felt unsafe. I didn’t feel like the hotel was as nice like the photos showed. I didn’t know before booking the parking was a bit of a walk to get to and with a very steep incline. My fiancé is disable and it made it very difficult. I didn’t know the hotel was under construction til after booking. We never gonna book this place again. It was very over priced for what we got.

Great front desk help and friendly cleaning service. Great cafe and relaxing area. Would visit again.
-
nothing nothing, too small. was not clean
-
However they charged me for an extra day. The incidental deposit came off right away, but was told the other extra charge would take 7 to 10 days to go away and that it was their system, which is “weird “ Perhaps I will choose a different hotel next time.

Not what I expected. No hotel parking available. To vintage for my liking. Nothing like the pictures seen on website.
