Comfort Suites Shenandoah-The Woodlands

Superb

Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. Friendly staff. Location close to event we were attending. Powdered scrambled eggs, small biscuits with gravy with mystery meat in it and waffles. The booking stated I would not be charged until I arrived but when I arrived I learned the manager had already overcharged my card on file as they had sold out and the management wanted to make sure everyone was charged weather they showed up or not. They charged $150 rather than the stated $120 and it was explained to me it was for incidentals. Our room had a dead roach in the fridge and something brown growing in the freezer section so we could not put our food in there. The dead roach was not the last one to be seen, Little german roaches popped up in the bathroom frequently.

Good

the hotel had wonderful staff very friendly. The hotel smelled so nice throughout. took a nice dip in the pool. we reserved 3 rooms. every one of them were very nice and clean. best stay we've had in the woodlands. we will defiantly be back. everything was great no problems.

Breakfast is so-so, continental only. The most awesome bed and pillows! The only place where I slept well through the night! Great location! Multiple restaurants within walking distance, right by the freeway, not far from the mall and Walmart.

Everything about this Comfort Inn was great. It was clean, comfortable and friendly...all the things you want when you travel. We will book again!

Clean, well kept property. Nice hot breakfast and comfy beds.

Nice hotel and conveniently located to the woodlands area.

Breakfast was amazing lots of options from eggs bacon to oatmeal and yogurt No change needed

Ive been to several hotels and lost faith in hotels in general. This one was different. Every staff member, from check in, to cleaning staff, to check out, was amazingly kind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: fluffy eggs, that were not rubbery, had flavor. One day was sausage, the other was bacon. Clean, fresh, hot waffle iron with red velvet and regular flavor. Plenty of butter and syrup. Yogurt, boiled eggs, cerral. All kinds of options for a hungry traveler. The coffee was always available and hot. The entry smelled, and looked, clean and amazing. Our room was gorgeous, even if a bit aged. We loved our stay and look forward to staying again.

The property was very clean and smelled fresh everywhere you went. Staff was very professional and friendly.

The rooms were very poorly ‘remodeled’. The floors were uneven, baseboards were coming off the walls in places. The toilet felt as if it were not secured well to the ground.

Super friendly staff Roach climbing the wall in hallway, water bottle cap under the sheets, toilet handle broke and used a rubber band to hold it.

Very good

Super friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was decent. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Pool was way smaller than it looks in pictures.
