We stayed here for our son to have throat surgery the next day. Because of his fragile state, we needed a clean hotel with clean air that was close to the hospital. Upon arrival, check in was smooth. However, when we got in the room, it smelled musty. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean with hair still on the floor. My husband went to the service desk to see if we could switch rooms. There was a complete disinterest from the staff member and she blankly told him that since we booked through Expedia, she couldn’t help us. He explained our son’s health issues and she didn’t offer any solutions. We will not stay here again even though we will be coming to The Woodlands regularly for appointments.

If I was to stay long term this is a decent spot. The invisible fees. They want to charge me $5 for parking. I got hit with a $20 fee, not sure what for.

Older hotel which is ok because of the good location. Made a reservation because other ratings were good for the price. Seeking a disabled access room ahead of medical procedure. The first room would have been ok - except as soon as the shower was turned on, the tub began filling with water. No drain function. Spouse was standing in bath water over his ankles. There is no way housekeeping would not have identified this issue to have it repaired by the maintenance tub if the tub/shower was cleaned daily. This was not a "new" issue. Hotel front desk clerk was very helpful to locate a second room. However...the second room's shower head sprayed water all over outside the tub as soon as the water was turned on. This tub drained so I gave up and just took a tub bath. However, the AC basically barely worked - in midSeptember. Temp set on 70 degrees...room started at 74 in the evening and temp raised up over night. Room had an iron but no ironing board. Supposed to be an "extended stay" room but only one desk chair and no table to eat on if we had prepared food in the room. Very Disappointing for a Marriott hotel brand.

Breakfast was good. We got there just as it was being cleared, but they let us quickly load our plates up first, which we appreciated. I liked everything. No complaints at all.

Everything was great

This is a good convenient place to stay for us when we are visiting MD Anderson. The front desk is very accommodating when needing a later checkout time because of appointments. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable.

Easy!

The front desk was supposed to charge me $60 for for incidental, but charge my card $559. It did hit my card 4 days later.

Room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Entire facility was clean inside and out. Very happy with our choice to stay here! Will be back!
