Aniyah and Sarah at the reception area were wonderful. They worked together to resolve the issue of my booking.com reservation not showing up and quickly had me in a room. They were very responsive to the questions I had. Add that to a very clean and comfortable room and my stay could not have been better. There was nothing I did not like

The room was nice and cleaned. It would have been good if there were at least two people working because we had to wait to check in when we got there around 11pm.

Then funeral service next door to hotel was at 10 & burial at 11. I explained and offered me a late check out.

No staff fixed beds.. Air conditioning was broken. Room was FREEZING COLD and thermostat was broken so I had to call EVERYDAY to have front desk to regulate. TWICE the turnd on the HEATER...HORIBLE EXPERIENCE. I may reach out to corporate for a refund!
