Location Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Limited staff available to provide service.( couldn't get items brought up to room for me).

Being told at "CHECK OUT not check in but CHECK OUT" that I had to pay for parking don't sit right with me.

It was very convenient and clean. The staff was not friendly and the noise was very loud late into the night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room doors don't close right on the 9th floor. A trailer park maintenance item on an otherwise very nice facility.

I like that the people were very friendly and very knowledgeable where they worked smiling faces everyone I ran into was there was very polite I did not know that there was a bike rally somewhere close it was packed but I still enjoyed my stay

Location waa good Forced to pay $12 to park in the Hilton lot? No free parking even though I was staying there. Hallway on our floor was FILTHY, big black streaks every where from maid carts. Bathtub had big rusty water stains which made it look dirty. $200+ a night for this? 2 atarsat best

Very clean.. VERY helpful staff... It was a busy weekend and they took care of my needs the whole weekend

Bed old,tub not presentable,toilet to low did not flush properly

Just ok. Hit and miss depending on the staff, some very helpful and friendly, others just seemed like they aren't enjoying the hospitality industry. Room was ok but AC needs update or service... even at the lowest setting it felt like 80 and very humid. Location is great, just within minutes of restaurants, attractions, the river, and boardwalk.
