Holiday Inn Shreveport Downtown by IHG

Staff was nice. We had a brown bug and ants in our first room. The ants got on our bags, on one of us, and in our bed. We were switched to another room and it had a big brown bug in it also.

The friendly staff The first room the tv was messaging up and it was a old pair of women underwear laying on floor by bed The second room was infested with roaches they tried to get in our food and was crawling on us in our sleep we left cause of that problem early that morning

It was close to the highway Well the staff when we checked in would not use our credit card and requested a bank card and said it was just for the $25 deposit but then charged the whole room to that card. The room was dirty and had trash under the bed. The ice machine on the 5th floor did not work.

The location and easy access to freeways. They charges me extra for a fee that I don’t know what they charging me of.

Exceptional

It smells in hallways and elevator. Hair found all over room. Sink faucet no hot water. AC noisy.

Water pressure at the sink and shower was very low. Lamps at the desk didn't work. And by the time I decided to turn on the TV I didn't even feel like calling downstairs to find out why there was "no input" displayed on the screen. Just turned it off.

The staff was very nice & friendly Everything seemed dusty & dingy. The pool was not clean, nor were the jets on to circulate the water. The lobby seemed clean and freshly remodeled, but everything else was worn out and dirty. I was very disappointed.

The front desk lady was nice and they let us check in early It was dirty. It had a weird smell. The bed was completely uncomfortable. I’ve actually never had a worst night. Sleep at a hotel.

Loved everything about it

We didn't have any hot water, and the bathrooms were old and dated. The TV didn't work. The air conditioner worked really well but was very loud, to the point that it kept my husband up all night. When it turned off, you could hear the trains running all night. The rooms were outdated as well. The location was great.

Right off the interstate and not far from the airport. Everything else. The bed was terrible. The lights were terrible. The carpet had bad stains. The bathroom had hair on the floor as if it hadn’t been swept in months. Lots of rust on metal pieces. Non of the plugins seemed to work. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and lights didn’t work. The air conditioner did not cool and it made the loudest noise you could make keeping my wife and I up most of the night.

Nothing special. The room was bigger than expected. No bath tub. Cheaply remodeled. Not a bad place just not over the top. Definitely keep your vehicle locked and valuables removed.
