The area inside was extremely nice looking especially the entrance Building seemed very much well used. Sloppy workmanship in the room, furniture spots on the carpet, paint over spray on baseboards Very poor

Dog friendly - only a small hold that’s refundable - easy check in and kind staff.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean as was the casino. It needs some maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling, the toilet didn't flush properly, and there were other minor issues that should be taken care of.

A night to remember at the celebrity lounge! The drinks were flowing and a time was had. The staff at this hotel make you feel like family. We love Bally Bossier City!

The stay wasn’t bad. Room was still dirty when we got into it. ( trash under chairs from previous occupants ) HEAVY musk in the room we stayed in. Hard to breathe. Can’t prove it but pretty sure we got ate up by bed bugs.

I like the customer service I didnt like the room I had was ridiculous my coffee pot didnt work . My bath tub had brown water coming out the facets . The room was awful dreadful carpet was gross I will never stay again Im still waiting for the deposit to go back on my card No pool it's just went down hill since I last stayed there when it first opened
