The breakfast was good, but there was a charge. It was more like a continental breakfast that is usually included in the price of the room. That was my only complaint. This was a very nice hotel, probably the best we’ve stayed in.

Great location- great room- very clean. There is a bar with “small plates” for a menu. The choice for food was stuff that could be in a freezer or not spoil over a long period of time.

The breakfast at 9 am was mostly gone so we didn’t spend money on it. Otherwise the stay was excellent. Easy parking, quiet and nicely appointed room.

I booked the hotel not aware it is actually connected to the Sanford Hospital complex. But we were so happy with the location and hotel overall, this wasn't an issue at all. The parking is free, and in a covered garage. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The facility and our room were clean. We were on the 7th floor and looked over the hospital, quite beautiful with the blue accent lights around the hospital buildings. A very pleasant stay.

Modern, spacious interiors. Very clean and quiet throughout. Comfortable rooms with quiet air conditioning and good TV service. Breakfast includes tasty coffee, with something to suit everyone's taste.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Entrance is not the most convenient and inviting. After parking in the parking garage and then walking across the lot, we needed to buzz in to get in the building and then take an elevator up to the lobby. The room was very nice however I'd recommend bringing a noise machine as the HVAC system or frig was making noises and made it difficult to sleep.
