Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls

NA The room, the breakfast meal, customer service, bad communication and aggressiveness and the stairs.

The building lost power for a good portion of Saturday which ruined about $60 worth of food in the fridge. The doors aren't weighted so they don't shut behind you. The toilet was loose on the floor so it made a terrible noise when you sat or stood after doing your business. One lamp worked in the room. The curtains had moth eaten holes in them.

Fridge and microwave.comfortable bed Shorty repair work

The people there were great Power went out

The swimming pool & hot tub Could have had more options for breakfast.

could not use the chain lock on the door, it was broken, carpet stained and room smelled very musty.

We had to have the Ming come and fix the tv twice. Still didn’t work. Light out in the room. Phone also didn’t work and he fixed that. Little run down.

Great for the concert location

Vehicle alarm going off all night. Woke up to no electric, no promised breakfast, had to leave with no showers and no breakfast. Too many people complaining at the desk and we didn’t have time to stand around. It was pitiful! Very disappointing!

Superb

Very good

The room was adequate. Breakfast was ok. Parking was convenient. Ice machine worked. Far enough off the interstate for no highway noise, close enough to get back on easily.

we ate breakfast out. room was clean but sort of out dated. bed was good, we slept well. personnel spoke very broken English. Told us cats and dogs stayed in all the rooms then changed to not all rooms just certain rooms. I am allergic to cats and dogs so that did not make me happy. Our room was clean which i appreciated.

Not a friendly attendant when checking in

Breakfast was OK but not alot of options. I like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. However the vanity light was cracked and we had to fiddle with the switch to get it to come on. The hotel is older but was an OK stay.

For location ,some what value Breakfast lacking Too noisy no supervision of children running halls

Breakfast lacking Too noisy no supervision of children running halls

We had to pay a hidden fee and it was late and I felt like I was trapped in a city I did not live in with my kids and it was safest to pay since I luckily had the funds and they lied that these fess would be repaid at checkout but I’m out of money.

The AC was not working properly but it's was okay no worries.

Walls in the restroom could of been cleaned
