Fairfield Inn Memphis Southaven by Marriott

Everything was good

Exceptional

As mentioned to the FD Manager the hotel web page mentioned that this Hotel has a Swimming pool. The FD states that we don't have a pool. Mis-leading information.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything

Horrible. Do not want to stay here again Everything

Awesome stay will stay again

Our was nice for the 1st couple of nights, the toilet was running, shower door would not stay closed, and our air stop working on our last night there, after complaining the manager upgraded our room to a suite and with air conditioning that worked

Everything was very good

Breakfast was good and a variety. Location was excellent and very close to I-55. Attended a concert at Bankplus Amphitheater and was not far to the concert.

Good

Only negative was that the toilet handle was loose and kept running after a flush.

Just a one night stay with my husband and 2 kids. Room was quiet and clean.

Shower doors are not leveled. Doors would not close.

Bed comfy. Nearby eateries. 1. One creaky slow elevator. OMG. That alone is a reason not to rebook. 2. The shower pan was not clean 3. There was a reunion group and about 2 in the morning they got very loud in the parking lot and kept being loud. Finally called front desk. How they couldn't hear it i don't know. They quieted down them started up again. I put my ear buds on and a pillow over my ear which helped. They finally left... And then came back again. I never got back to sleep. Just went to airport. There are ways which do not turn off guests to get guests to lower the volume or move on. But I'm just one person and they were a booked reunion.

The guy who checked me in was amazing. He should be a manager. Bed comfy. Nearby eateries. 1. One creaky slow elevator. OMG. That alone is a reason not to rebook. 2. The shower pan was not clean 3. Service and people were great My toilet constantly ran and wouldn’t even flush, my AC wasn’t keeping the room cool, I was hot.

Supposed to have free breakfast, waffle machine was broken the whole week. Fridge was broken so no milk, which means they couldn't put cereal out. Had to buy breakfast every day. Then last night staying there, air conditioner was leaking and soaked the rug. Management SUCKS at responding, left my phone number 3 times at the front desk for them to contact me and nobody did.
