Sleep Inn Horn Lake - Southaven

Bed is not comfortable at all :(

Older building, showing wear and aging paint and carpet; room a little musty but nice clean sheets, AC cooled. . Plus, microwave , coffee set ups, frig, hair dryer, iron. Bathroom clean. Toilet needed resealing, rocked. Good parking and safe for our 1 night. Very nice desk manager.

The room and services were great..but we felt something just wasn't right. My husband said after we got the service to vacuum the bedroom it seemed better. Either they had dust in the room or the AC had mold because it was making our sinuses act up. Just hope they check and clean their units at least every 4 to 5 months to keep them clean. Food was good. Services did their job when asked. However their entry doors were messed up on the, hope they fix them soon. All in all I would sleep here again.

Exceptional

Well we always stay one night at a place on our way down to FL for snowbird season. We do have two small dogs so finding places gets difficult. This place allowed dogs, which was great. Negative….so much stains on the carpet and it almost felt “damp”. Minimum lighting in the room as there were burned out bulbs. The cabinet, that has the refrigerator in it, had a long handle with only one screw so the handle swung. Not anything new as this handle left carved out swinging motion on the cabinet wood! Included breakfast was your basic buffet but the oj and apple juice was very watered down. Also the ice machine and soda machine were both ‘out of service’ off elevator. The only plus was the front desk lady was very nice and the place is walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Disappointing

Everything was good. I was very impressed all of the rooms were no smoking. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Just a heads up though, you have to pay an additional $100 deposit at check in. You do get it back when you check out.

Awesome staff Bugs in the room (ants), bathroom door wouldn't close, AC unit did not cool room down sufficiently.

Bed was comfortable, shower was nice ,loved the location was in walking distance to some very nice eating places and they had new Air Conditioning in every room and they working great room was very cool The TV was to small and the Furniture was needing updated and carpet need updated iF they update these things It would be a winner in my book thank you

Everything No problems

When we first got there we were given keys to someone else's room. There was sn odor and when we asked for air freshener we was told there wasn't any.

The property was overall looked good, the carpet intge room was dirty, the was was harder than I like to sleep on. But everything else in the room was decent, the breakfast was ok, oh and the unexpected deposit, not sure if I will be going back.
