Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District

Ar first glance, it looked very nice, clean and well kept. Evidently the ottoman had not been moved or cleaned underneath it in some time. We found the lucky French fry.

This is the cleanest nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in staff was wonderful. The room was perfect and the entire property itself was very well maintained . I will definitely be staying here again for all future stays.

The staff were amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. There was plenty to choose from at Breakfast. Pet friendly. Great hotel for our family.

The staff and room attendants were awesome very friendly. The breakfast area felt really comfortable to sit to eat and enjoy your family.

The room The breakfast - it was small, not a lot of choices. The eggs were runny and there was no biscuits. I wish we could have seen more options.

The air conditioner in the bedroom did not seem to work near as well as the living area did

We are loyalty members and we told the person working when she asked us if we wanted to join. Normally we are given our courtesy bag and water. We asked her as we were heading out for the afternoon as she was at the front desk singing. She continued to sing as we asked for our bottled waters. She handed them to us as she continued singing loudly and didn’t even acknowledge us. The desk help throughout our stay didn’t greet, smile or acknowledge any of the guests. I have to normally they are very polite friendly. Not at this location. The desk help.

My stay overall was good. Breakfast was okay. The room was very nice however, the bed was horrible. It was not comfortable what so ever.

Full kitchen and extremely clean. This place was amazing. It has a full kitchen including a two eclectic burners and a dishwasher. Continental breakfast was the best I’ve had a restaurant. Super friendly staff as well.

We only stayed one night. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, only complaint would be that some of the fixtures needed some attention (loose shower handle, blinds didn’t work). But overall it was a pleasant stay, regardless of any repairs being made, we would stay there again.
