We arrived several hours before check-in time to inquire when we might be allowed to check in since we had plans with friends for dinner. Juli at the front desk said no problem and checked us in. Her whole demeanor was wonderful and helpful. The valet parking was fast and easy. The staff at breakfast was cheerful and helpful,

They would not let me cancel my reservation. I was not able to make the trip but still had to pay.

Location. Valet parking was a tad expensive at $52/night. Shower was missing body wash bottle.

The front desk was friendly upon checkin. My room was clean and spacious and quiet. The breakfast was quite filling with many of options. The evening reception was enjoyable with great bar staff like Sue!!!

Very clean rooms and building. The rooms are very nice and newly updated. Beautiful inside and out! Only downside is parking but that’s common for downtown St. Louis.

We enjoyed the managers reception with complimentary cocktails, and the cook to order breakfast was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
