The staff all remained friendly during the chaos. We stay here during a concert at The Dome. So it was extra crowded there for sure. My problem was that they were not staffed properly to handle this many people. It took forever to get into the hotel and then once inside the line to check in was wrapped all the way around the building. All that was offered even after spending entirely to much money for this hotel and hours waiting to get to the room was a warm mini bottle of water. After the concert was over and we get back to the hotel you couldn't even fit inside barely because most of the elevators were not working and everyone was trying to get to their rooms. The air in our room barely worked but at this point I did not even care and more and went to bed. I had lots of friends in town at other hotels near by and their experience did not seem to be as bad.

For it being a very crowded hotel I felt the staff did a good job. My credit card was charged for all 3 rooms when each individual presented a card for payment resulting in almost $1,000 being charged to my CC. I then had to call 4 different times to have the situation corrected which was frustrating.

Comfortable room. Lobby bar was great for an Old Fashioned while watching football. Breakfast was excellent with a omelette chef and good pastries.

Very small room for 2 beds. The bathroom was bigger than the hotel room. Very disappointed.

My bill was over charged im still trying to get things handle with my bank i was told it was fixed but im still have the charged on my card
