It was great. Especially the restaurant. I thought the pool didn’t look that inviting. Definitely different to the images on the website.

Very nice and very clean! Smells amazing! The complementary coffee/Tea set up in the lobby for early mornings was also great! The bath products were amazing also. The TV entertainment was very odd and difficult to cast your media to. It was linked to Google and asking for permission to gather extra information.

Everything was perfect for me The street close to the hotel

It was lovely, clean so many nice staff. The people that stay there are all super friendly. Housekeeping was so comforting. I can’t say there was anything.

I have stayed several Four Seasons before but this hotel definitely does not have the same class of service.

We were celebrating our son’s 3rd birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make him feel so special. Coming back to our room to find a birthday cake waiting for him was such a sweet surprise! They also surprised him with a movie night complete with popcorn and candy, which was the perfect added touch and made the weekend even more memorable for him. Every detail was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and our entire family felt so welcomed. It’s those thoughtful little touches that make a stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back to the Four Seasons for our next St. Louis visit!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Every person that helped us in the hotel was kind, well mannered, professional and super nice. Very pleasant outdoor pool area with a beautiful view, very well equipped gym, clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable pilllows. A great restaurant by Gordon Ramsey with equally delicious breakfasts and dinners, different rest/lobby areas to relax and a lot of art/fashion/design/food books all around to enjoy. We will definitely come back!

Great location.

We ordered a dessert off the in-room dining menu. The food as tasty and the staff delivering it was very kind and helpful. All staff we interacted with were pleasant. We were always called by name. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean

I had several minor problems from check-in throughout the stay. The staff was friendly and they made an effort to correct issues that we ran into in real time. It is a good hotel for the area. Just not what one would expect from a Four Seasons property. I have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, this one certainly is not the best representation of the brand.

Pool was a bit cold, I'd guess 80-82 degrees F. That sounds pleasant to those unfamiliar with water temps, but it is too low. 86 is a more reasonable temp and would have people enjoying the pool much more readily. There were people in the hot tub, almost nobody in the pool. The pool area did have a magnificent view of the Arch, very nice.

As always, the Four Seasons has impeccable customer service. The room was outstanding. Best of all, the 24 hour room service; we arrived late into STL and wanted a good meal. We received an excellent meal which was delivered in less than 25 minutes.
-
too many kids in the pool ... was not able to enjoy that aspect of my trip. Children were unsupervised, would've appreciated if management would have intervened, especially because it is a high end hotel.

My husband and I had the best weekend at the Four Seasons! The room was immaculate. We were even surprised with a birthday cake when we returned to our room after dinner. It was such a nice surprise and the best cake we’ve ever had. The rooftop pool and Ramseys was too notch. We will definitely come back!
