microwaves in rooms would have been nice.

. Man at cafe was great and people at the checking and shuttle service were good. Room was fine but the shower drain. The drain was clogged and we had a maintenance man working in the bathroom for 2 plus hours. Was not very comfortable should have moved us to a new room or gave us a discount.

Older Hotel and feels older. The Starbucks is nice I guess if you are a fan of Starbucks.

Looks brand new. Friendly staff!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk stuff and the housekeeping staff were very helpful.

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were great. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable, our timing there was unfortunate in the bistros latte machine was broken, so the coffee was not good. The slider in our room was kinda “sticky” but the balcony was nice.

Fantastic location relative the airport and main roads. Nice up-to-date room, very friendly morning staff!

It provided what I needed for the night

Great stay. Exactly what we needed for our day-before-flight lodging.

We stayed for 4 days, and our room has never been cleaned. I had to go look for the housekeeping staff to ask for clean towels. We used the provided coffee pods on day one, and they were never replaced. There were 2 facial tissues in the room when we checked in, and obviously we very quickly ran out of them. No new facial tissues were placed in our room. However, we did hear the housekeeping staff loudly arguing among themselves in the hallway about who's going to clean which room and how many. Will more than likely never stay at this hotel again. They get away with not taking care of the property or the clients because they're very close to the airport and a lot of airline crews stay there. Perhaps this explains the reason they don't really care about customer satisfaction as crews will stay there anyway.

Bring your own pillow.

Did not get the room I paid Expedia for. Super soft bed, very uncomfortable No Closet No exhaust fan in bathroom Did not clean room Some of the staff very good, others seemed to have an attitude, almost surly Not up to the standard of what I have experienced with Marriott in the past

The front desk lady messed everything up when we checked in to say the least. The manager I talked to the next day took care of everything.

Lovely lady checked me in at 2:30am after a very travel disrupted day and the room was great. Shower gets a 10/10, bed was super comfortable. AC was a bit noisy. Wanted to grab breakfast and coffee in am, but coffee machine was broken and the service waiting to to put an order in was so slow, we left. Will happily stay there again for the great room.

Great hotel with easy access to/from the airport. Exactly what I needed.

My go to place to stay when exploring the Cities. Easy on/off major hwys, convenient store just on the other side of the 494 bridge if driving and need gas. Many food options a couple miles to the south across that same bridge in Eagan. Easy parking with well lit lot.
