Convenient place and clean room

Staff was amazing! Property nice and updated!

The elevator was not working and no one informed me and my room was on the top floor! The outlet is the bathroom didn’t work, phone didn’t work and you had to request for the room to be cleaned which no one told us at check in!

Clean room and bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevator was down. My room was on the 4th floor, that’s 3.5 flights of stairs. No discount was given. No extra accommodations given. The person that checked me in was rude. I placed my card in her hand, she placed it on the corner when it was time to return it. Did it with the documents I received also. She needs to be retrained.

Convenient Lift out of order. Some of the breakfast seating area was roped off and therefore we couldn’t sit down for breakfast

Definitely the best place to stay if you’re going to any event at the Tacoma Dome, it’s literally right across the parking lot! The hotel was clean and updated, but they’re elevators were under construction, which was loud at times and a little inconvenient having to walk up the stairs. Other than that, the staff were great, clean room great breakfast.

The elevators were down, our room was not clean and smelt like urine in the bathroom.

Good hotel if you're attending a concert at the tacoma dome.

Staff were supper friendly

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was minimal and the bacon was burnt. Both elevators were down and no rooms on the first floor. Not returning.

Clean rooms, good view, free breakfast No sausage with breakfast Stained chairs and booths in the breakfast area Lack of fruit for breakfast Trying to change extra fees after the extreme shortcoming of there being no elevator Being routed through the set of a hoarder show to take stairs to the upper floors.

The elevator was broken and my room was suppose to be ready by check in at 4pm and it wasnt ready until after 5pm. Room wasnt ready

The hotel informed me about the elevator would be under maintenance during my stay 2 weeks prior so I was already expecting walking the stairs. However, the staff was very patient and friendly when we needed something and would also climb the floors to just provide us with the help. Every staff we encountered always had smile in their faces and were super warm and friendly. Would love to come back again for another concert if theres any in the future!!

Location. Always book here for concerts at the Dome and the complimentary breakfast! Elevators were down.

One of the nicest rooms we had during our road trip. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Not at all environmentally conscious, breakfast was all served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, this was very disappointing.
