Very nice, just do not stay by the elevators.

The entrance was clean and welcoming, the room was tidy and the beds comfortable. Food was great!! The staff was a little awkward and parking location was not clearly defined and the parking garage was small for a medium sized truck to navigate.

The open-air pool on the fifth floor was a welcome feature. I could not have expected more than a pleasant swim during a sunny September afternoon. A brief walk leads to the Museum of Glass, along with several spots for food and drink. The hotel Wi-Fi presented only a minor problem. I encountered several disconnections in both the room and the lobby during Zoom calls. It’s not something their staff can fix though. The staff were kind and accommodating. Check-in and checkout were quick and enjoyable.

Bed had a broken spring and shower leaked through the door. I didn’t know that you had to request someone to come and clean your room. Front desk they do it like every third or fourth day. Gross

Good staying here nice pool

We were really close to the Tacoma Dome for our Concert. Good secure parking. Staff was very attentive and kind. Beautiful view from the King suite. For the cost we were expecting a little “more”. The room was nice however their furniture is not very comfortable. Very short, being 6ft it was hard to get comfortable on the couch. Pillows were pretty flat, and there was a hole is the aged sheets.

I like the room's decor, the view and the shower were excellent. I didn't like was that a bottle of water from the room was $5 USD. Also, the tea and coffee from the restaurant were $5 USD.

Nothng special clean room but it got hot after midnight in the room.

Good location. Easy parking access.

Very helpful staff. I booked a wheelchair accessible room. The bed was impossible to use a Hoyer lift with however, this is always the case. If they would just put the bed on risers in the accessible rooms, it would be very, very helpful. Restaurant was good and it’s a great location for exploring the museums in Tacoma..

Room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. Only down side was paying for parking. Wasn’t expensive but definitely think you shouldn’t have to if you are already paying for the room.

We paid for a room on a higher floor with a city view. Ended up on the 7th out of I think 19 floors and our view was of the side of a building. I have the picture to prove it.

The facility and staff were exceptional and very supportive. I chose this property due to its proximity to my medical provider’s practice following a transplant procedure. Access to room and property was effortless. Was not able to enjoy the rest of the property due to my medical condition.
