Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tempe by IHG

Good room clean and friendly staff

Ubicación

Staff and lication first class. Nothing.

Everything was going smoothly and living up to the usual solid Holiday Inn Express standard, clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly service, until things took a wild turn near the end. First, I had an unnerving moment in one of the elevators. It came to an abrupt, jerky stop between floors, hung there for about 45 tense seconds, and then the doors finally creaked open. Definitely an adrenaline rush I didn't ask for at 8pm. Shortly after that, the entire property's water shut off. To be completely fair, this was 100% outside the staff's control. I felt terrible for the front desk team, as it clearly sparked a wave of sudden checkouts and refund demands, yet they did their absolute best to handle an impossible situation with professionalism. Despite the bad luck, the hotel itself was fine and the team worked hard under pressure. I’d still come back in the future, though I’ll strictly take the SECOND elevator next time. Good luck to the staff!

Property was clean from entrance to coming into your room. Staff was friendly and easy to check in. Rooms are huge didn’t expect that. Breakfast was really good to would stay here again. Nothing everything was great

Great stay

Todo bien, solo que en la habitación hay letreros que dicen que si olvidaste cosas como cepillos de dientes entre otras cosas, puedes solicitarlas gratis en recepción, y no es cierto, no tienen o no quisieron darnos 1 cepillo de dientes

Very good

Great breakfast options, easy and convenient.

The room was clean. I like that is only 10 minutes from ASU. Close to airport too.

Clean hotel, great staff, great location, great hot tub!

This hotel is basic for a few night stay. There are some fun things to do at the mall that is walking distance from hotel. The pool is simple, but nice for a cool off from thr heat. Breakfast served had several options, but would have liked them not to run out of gravy for biscuits prior to end time of serving. The staff was friendly and helpful.
