Good stay the only negative was the shower didn’t drain properly, other then that, staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was decent I also enjoyed the gym.

Major housekeeping issue at check-in. Ruined our evening plans waiting for room to be ready. Undisclosed fees for a prepaid room. Has them allegedly removed at checkout but had to dispute on my credit card

During one our morning stays the breakfast started extremely late. Breakfast usually starts at 7 but breakfast didn’t get served until 8:30. At that point when the food came it was gone in seconds, then we had to wait all over for the next batch. I understand it could have been an honest miscommunication but it was kind of hard to start the morning like this. But overall it was an okay stay.

Check-in was terrible. Took over 30 minutes to check-in. Given a room bed smaller than I paid for. Took over an hour to get a new room with the correct size bed. The breakfast was terrible. Breakfast started at 6:00 AM. I went to breakfast at 6:05 AM and all the hot foods were cold - eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. The juice machine was broken and no other alternate drinks were offered. The tub spigot would not turn off and it dripped all during my stay. The TV was in a room next to the bedroom and could not watch it correctly from my bed. Was charged for parking my car in their lot at check-out which wasn't detailed on the check-in form. Explained the issues I had and received a can e-mail that they were sorry about my concerns.

Although clean, this property needs maintenance. For example the bathtub drain in our room was extremely slow, the tub itself was quite old and appeared to have been repainted rather than replaced when the enclosure was updated.

Proximity to airport and shopping I paid in advance with booking.com and when checking in I said I paid in advance he said yup we take CC to hold on file. Never telling me they were charging me 5 dollars for parking. After seeing the bill 2 days later called and asked to be removed because they never told me there would be charge.

Room was okay. There was trash in the drawers (old candy wrappers and a candy bar half eaten). The shower was awful, at one point there was no water and even though I called the front desk to let them know, all I got was “Oh… I think another person said their water was off too… I’ll write your room number down”. That’s it… Nothing else. No follow up. The water eventually came back but thats being generous, it was LOW. I had to stand under the shower head and quickly wash bc it was basically just dripping out. The toilet ran aaaalll night as well. Maybe the rest of the hotel was nice but our room was not it and truly, I’ll never stay here again. Unfortunate because it’s located in a great area. They also charge $5 a night to park, lol.

The cleanliness is good. The staff are friendly and helpful day and night. Different opinions for breakfast. The pool area wasn’t well maintained

The location is nice and the area is clean. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff was on point and professional.

Overall it was excellent the person at the front that was at the desk was very helpful
