SpringHill Suites Phoenix Airport/Tempe

Good location Not cleaned well, lots of suspicious hairs found in the bathroom - gross. There were no lounge chairs to lay out at the pool.

My room was great and breakfast was good. The hot tub/pool area was nasty and the person behind the desk was either not there or when she was distracted and on her phone.

The breakfast was excellent, overall, exceeded my expectations

Awesome stay

Location Cleanliness and humid temperatures

It was close to chase field for the 2 games we went to

The linens and towels in my room had hair all over them. When I saw a housekeeping staff member in the hallway, I requested clean towels. She asked whether I already had towels in my room. I handed her the two soiled sets and asked for replacements, but she seemed reluctant to provide a second set. This was disappointing, as I was simply requesting clean replacements for the towels provided.

Excellent location if you are flying from Tempe airport. Overnight stay was comfortable. Good breakfast is included and ample free parking spaces. Modern property.

.

One worker who was just propping doors open with no urgency in finding out why the alarms were going off just said I think someone pulled the alarm. Pull out coach was extremely dirty especially underneath. No sheets in the room to cover it. Breakfast was positive and well stocked.

Unprofessional front desk staff. Only 1 elevator working. Room moldy and bathroom light didn’t work. Wasn’t fixed after reported Room wasn’t cleaned first Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. Front desk clerk sai go back to bed..probably false alarm.

El desayuno muy completo.

Bueno
