The front desk staff treated us very well. They were very helpful. The breakfast and coffee were great.

Our room was filthy, furniture sticky, room smelled like smoke, found lighter on floor, carpet not vacuumed. What upsets me the most is the front desk stated they knew someone smoked as they had earlier complaints.

We enjoyed our stay. Might book again.

Comfortable beds, clean, quiet, good location, helpful staff. This hotel was perfect for us as we were seeing a concert at the amphitheater. It's not fancy or newly renovated, but it was clean.

When I made my reservation, I had specifically requested 2 beds since my adult son and I were planning to stay in the same room. After I checked in, we made our way to the room. I was shocked to see a king bed instead of the 2 beds I had specified. I went back to the front desk. The lady there said that if we made the reservation on a 3rd party site such as Expedia, they could not guarantee the type of room reserved. Unbelievable! What's the point of a reservation if they cannot have the room we needed? We checked out and went to another hotel. But, I had to pay for my room since it was not a free cancelation room. I am very unhappy with Expedia AND this hotel! I want to cancel my membership!

Close to the concert No shuttle to events

The staff were very friendly and professional. They did their best to accommodate us in the ways they could. The rooms were very outdated for the price and had old mildew smell. First non smoking room we were in had significant smoke smell. The staff willingly moved us to a new room, but that one too had an old smoke smell that seemed to be soaked into the carpets.

I can NOT believe how dirty it was, i do not believe this hotel has been checked by the corporate office ..it is very bad reputation for the main office

The room was a bit outdated and had an odd smell to it. The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

Parking was convenient. Beds were comfortable. “Hearing accessible” room was not accessible. Shower was inside a regular tub, not walk-in as requested. Toilet stool was low enough to be for a child. Had to “beg” the maid to clean the room because we had kept the do not disturb sign on the door while we ate breakfast in the hotel, came up immediately after. We left the room shortly thereafter, with one more night to stay. The maid was cleaning the room across the hall, literally. When we said that the room was ready to be cleaned, she said we had missed our chance; it would not be cleaned. I had to say I would check withe the manager. Only then did she agree to clean the room.

This place needs several updates. The carpet is very dirty, the walls in my room had spots, possibly mold or water, throughout it. The edge of the desk was about to break off. The blinds on the windows were ripped and the toilet barely flushed. However, the mattress was comfortable and the breakfast was average, equivalent to most hotels.
