No complaints, no issues!

Room was clean, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly. We were about 2 miles from the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater so getting there for a concert was a breeze and while getting home took a while due to all the traffic, once we got out of the venue area and to the actual stop-light to get to the normal roads, it took all of a few minutes to get back. The location alone can't be beat, but the fact it was clean and the staff was friendly is a win-win-win in my book!

The actual hotel was just okay. It was a little dated and dirty, but the location and proximity to the amphitheater was great. I wouldn’t stay for more than one night after a concert, but it was good for what we needed.

Small but clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wasn't expecting much for breakfast (we do pay for it in room cost) and didn't get much. Very few options with some items not being refilled. Only 1 slow waffle maker and people had cups lined up to fill it, likely because it really the only good food option. We got tired of waiting and only got a cup of coffee to go.

Very helpful and flexible for checking I pay extra both I was worthy

Location was fine Had no lights in the bathroom, went down to tell guest services, they couldn't accommodate fixing it, had no maintenance on sight, so we had no lights during the stay. We were promised a discount, no one contacted us.

My room was changed quickly and I was able to able to have clean sheets. The hotel smelled like smoke, many previous repairs are very visible, cleanliness could be improved.
