It was in Tucson The room was awful. There was a dead roach in the room, the tub drain was rusty, broken glass on the picture frame, tv channels didn’t work, the furniture was shredded, the air doesn’t cool. Absolutely horrible

Nothing The chillers did not work so it was very hot and humid inside the hotel. Rooms were hot and uncomfortable. Could use paint, carpets need to be clean has a bad stinky carpet smell old, our bathroom was disgusting. Looks like somebody peed all over the toilet shower/tub was extremely dirty.

Free breakfast was just out of this world far exceeding expectations! Working hot tub and functional pool were a huge plus. Whenever the hot tub is not working at a hotel, I never go back, but I will return to the Viscount!

There were dead bugs in my room. The kind you don’t want to share space with! So disgusting that I can’t even name the bug. I had to leave after being there for only an hour. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Barely any elevators worked. The pool was dirty with hair and leaves like it had not been cleaned in a while. The furniture was really worn down and fraying.

Amazing breakfast that was not staple hôtel continental, there was hot beans, tortillas, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and a whole lot of other cold options. Rooms were huge and clean, and the pool and spa are amazing! Really enjoyed our stay here and exceptional value for the price!

We could tell this had once been a beautiful property. But the pool was dark during hours, the phones in the room did not work and the WiFi never worked. The breakfast was fine, I hate to leave a bad review, but it was disappointing and didn’t match the description provided.

Nasty carpet everywhere, old building, bed headboard not attach, bathroom stuff needs to be replaced! They did have a good breakfast, will not go back

Worst Hotel ever, had to leave 15 mins after checkingin! A/c not working, pillowcases writt3n with sharpiee (property of viscount hotel). Everything was really old!!

Very old hotel, rooms smelled. Got my room changed twice due to no hot water, dirty room woth stains and oddor, shower had questionable fluids on walls and floor. Would not recomment this hotel

Our stay was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is older and out-dated. Everything was in working order though!

This is a great value choice near the hospital with plenty of amenities. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms. Quiet.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the the interior vive of the hotel was so, so it had a smoke smell to it the carpet definitely needs replacement 💯 our room was big and clean i liked that we had an additional room with a couch and additional TV AC wasn't as cool as would of liked since temp was 99° the whole time, but bed was really comfy 😀 will book again if needed, the bid +++ was zero deposit, breakfast included and conveniently located to everything

Outstanding! Clean rooms, all functional and ready! Security is awesome, we towed a trailer and the outside lighting is great!
