TownePlace Suites Tucson Williams Centre

Clean room and facilities, full kitchen, and great breakfast!

your housekeeping staff, Front desk staff, breakfast attendant staff both full and part time did and excellent job, went above and beyond to ensure comfort and be friendly, it made our stay most enjoyable nothing was not to enjoy the day our room was refreshed a few things were missed but your front desk agent Vincent went above and beyond and gave us everything we needed for a home run!

The price The location is not convenient and the signs are not visible from the street. There is also a in room wall mounted monitor which gives the appearance of a camera

Would not let me check in at 2 even though there were Many open rooms.

The employees were very kind and helpful and the accommodations and breakfast were great. The only issue we had was there wasn't a working lock on the bathroom door which ended up being fine but we would have preferred a working lock.

Unbeatable location and comfy rooms. Friendly and helpful morning reception staff. Night shift reception staff with rude attitude. We arrived before 9pm and the reception attitude was not up to what we have experienced before at Marriott, gave us a sense of arrogance and sarcarsm that we don't appreciate.

The check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good and the area was kept clean. The room was clean and everything was working as expected. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location to visit Saguaro. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

Very good

The room is clean and spacious this time I use the pool. It was in good condition. Plenty of towels. Staff was fine. Honestly didn't have much interaction other than during breakfast service which everyone was friendly. Definitely will stay again. Good size room.

Didn’t like that in handicapped room bed too low and no where comfortable for spouse to sit not everyone staying needed the assess ability a couch of normal size would have been good.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

It was a fantastic place. Great Value

Very good

Loved the staff, and the breakfast. The room was extremely comfortable and the internet was great. HOWEVER, I woke up, threw my Tee-shirt on, and walked towards the fridge, and there was a giant cockroach stuck between my shirt and chest. I freaked. If that wasn’t enough, I woke up the next day with about 15 bed bug bites. My company immediately moved me to a different hotel. So if they take care of there pest control problem, it would be a grand place to stay!!!
