The staff was phenomenal! Answered all questions about the area and was very helpful. We arrived late in the night after midnight as we were passing thru and they made our stay very pleasant.

I really enjoyed the pool. It is small, but gets to 5 feet deep at one end. Lots of hotel pools are so shallow they're no fun. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Location was close to the North Alabama State Fairgrounds so I got to take a good hour and half walk around the grounds and the sports field in the morning without vehicle traffic. The bed and pillows were great just like all Comfort Inns are. Mold or mildew under the soap dish (out of site when standing, which is probably why cleaners have missed it). Light above the toilet was out so I tried to turn it and part of the bulb just came out like the bulb was degraded or something. Also, there was a dirty dry washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod that had been overlooked. The tv is not a smart tv and kept giving me a message that the connection to the internet was lost. Hotels should get rid of cable, use the savings to upgrade their tv to smart tvs.I couldn't cast from my phone and menu wouldn't clear quckly so the picture was blocked for a few minutes whenever I used the remote (maybe user error). Finally, I had to plug the tv into a different outlet because the one it was plugged into didn't work. I'm sure the hotel would have cared for all of these items if I had reported them, but I just wanted to swim and sleep and watch a movie. The bed and pillows were great just like all Comfort Inns are.

Yes the bed sheets had sataims on them and didn’t look to clean and room had a musky Oder to it. Then they let me exchange room and it was ok

Not far from Florence and it was a clean and quiet location I was there the same time as girls softball team and they were a little rowdy but not too bad

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to find. The breakfast was not worth eating. They may as well do away with breakfast, it’s not very good. Disabled Parking was so far away from the entrance. There was hardly ever anyone at the front week.

Very nice motel at a good location. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, good beds. Only had yoghurt and fruit, but other things looked good. Would stay again. Only negative was the weak coffee and the price, but Handy Festival was in town so I can understand.
